Originally built in 1963, we have completely renovated the row house in a prime location in Thalkirchen, down to the bare walls. By adding a new floor in the attic, a two-story extension at the rear garden side, and lowering the basement floor by approximately 50cm, we were able to significantly increase the living space from around 100sqm to approximately 160sqm.
