Increases in interest rates, rising construction costs, and economic uncertainty were significant factors. As a result, we were unable to match the excellent performance and results of the previous year. However, we remain confident in our focus on high-quality renovations of villas and single-family homes. For the current year, 2023, we have already achieved significant improvements compared to the previous year and look forward with optimism to the further course of business.
