Passionate Inspiration

The single-family house from the 1980s had fallen behind in terms of both its outdated technology and its general layout and lighting after over three decades. Additionally, the full potential of the building had not been realized. We completely redesigned the house and added a new floor by incorporating a new roof structure. Floor-to-ceiling windows on all levels create light-filled rooms with simplified floor plans tailored to modern needs. When it comes to amenities, there are virtually no compromises: herringbone parquet flooring, Dornbracht fittings, a gas fireplace, sauna, air conditioning, KNX control system, custom-made carpentry, and much more! This is a truly inspiring space that leaves no desires unfulfilled!
