Originally built in 1963, we have completely renovated the row house in a prime location in Thalkirchen, down to the bare walls. By adding a new floor in the attic, a two-story extension at the rear garden side, and lowering the basement floor by approximately 50cm, we were able to significantly increase the living space from around 100sqm to approximately 160sqm. The attic now houses a stylish master suite with an ensuite bathroom, including a freestanding bathtub. On the upper floor, we have two spacious children's rooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom accessible from both rooms.
