On a picturesque plot of land with mature trees stood a single-family house from the 1950s that had seen better days, both aesthetically and technically. Through a complete core renovation and a structural expansion on the ground floor, the house has been brought up to date in terms of appearance, technology, and energy efficiency. Open floor plans and large windows now allow for pleasant rooms filled with natural light. Additionally, as part of the renovation, a basement area was transformed into a separate apartment. Emphasis was placed on achieving an optimal energy performance overall.
