The Herold Homes

Mediterranean Nobility

transforming existing properties with style,
creativity and perfection.

On a picturesque plot of land with mature trees stood a single-family house from the 1950s that had seen better days, both aesthetically and technically. Through a complete core renovation and a structural expansion on the ground floor, the house has been brought up to date in terms of appearance, technology, and energy efficiency. Open floor plans and large windows now allow for pleasant rooms filled with natural light. Additionally, as part of the renovation, a basement area was transformed into a separate apartment. Emphasis was placed on achieving an optimal energy performance overall. With thermal insulation applied to the facade and roof, the use of top-of-the-line triple-glazed window systems, and the implementation of a heat pump, this house more than meets the requirements for sustainability while also satisfying the desire for luxurious comfort.
