The formerly small and outdated Quattrohaus from 1936 was no longer suitable for a family with less than 80 square meters of living space. By adding a two-story extension, converting the attic, and lowering the basement floor, the total living area was doubled. Through optimal design and space utilization, an extremely charming townhouse for a modern family with two children was created. Light-filled rooms, high ceilings, and harmoniously coordinated materials make this fully renovated property a jewel in the city.
