SANIERUNGSOBJEKT IN SENDLING ERWORBEN
München-Sendling - THE HEROLD HOMES hat ein weiteres Sanierungsobjekt in Sendling erworben. Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um ein Townhouse mit schöner Gartenfläche vor und insbesondere hinter dem Haus. Durch die geplanten Erweiterungen im Dach-, Erd- und Untergeschoss wird die verfügbare Wohnfläche nahezu verdoppelt. Nach der Kernsanierung wird das Objekt Platz für eine Familie mit vier bis fünf Haushaltsmitgliedern haben. Wir gehen derzeit von einer Fertigstellung des Townhouses in der zweiten Jahreshälfte 2021 aus.
