Feldafing - THE HEROLD HOMES has acquired another renovation project in Feldafing. This large villa, with views of the mountains and Lake Starnberg, is situated on a spacious plot in a tranquil location. The addition of a cross-gable will optimize the view of the lake. Extensions to the attic, ground floor, and basement will significantly increase the available living space. The villa will be modernized to meet today's living standards and will feature a home office, guest and fitness area, as well as an additional apartment with a separate entrance. We anticipate the completion of the villa by mid-2023.
