Acquisition of a renovation project in the Kitzbühel Alps
Niederau/AT - THE HEROLD HOMES GOES AUSTRIA!!! We are excited to announce the acquisition of two houses located directly on the ski slope in a peaceful setting with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the valley. The currently unadorned and cool-looking houses will undergo a comprehensive renovation and be transformed into two chalets with a traditional Tyrolean charm. The floor plans will be adapted to meet contemporary living standards, and the technology will be completely updated. In the near future, we will be able to offer two dream properties with exceptionally high-quality finishes. We anticipate the completion of both projects by the end of 2022.
