As the CEO, Katja is responsible for building customer relationships, managing investors, developing the company, and overseeing the implementation of key projects.
Dr. John Herold brings his experience from the manufacturing industry, where he worked in various management positions for fifteen years.
He shares a strong passion for design and aesthetics with his wife.
As a graduate in industrial engineering and business administration, John takes care of the company's structure, investor management, and all internal processes and concerns as the managing partner of THE HEROLD HOMES.
Tanja Schultz-Langerhans works as a freelance Office Manager for THE HEROLD HOMES. She is responsible for project controlling, property financing, accounting, and taxation.
